What is a lead?
A lead is the contact details of a potential customer. Leads from MyWeddingSupermarket.com are from customers who have a genuine interest in receiving a quotation from a supplier.

How much does a lead cost?
Leads cost between 1-2 credits (each credit costs £1). The price of a lead is dependent on your sector and the customer's wedding budget.

What is the level of competition for a lead?
A customer can request quotes in as many sectors as they require (e.g. florists, cake makers, caterers). In each sector each lead is only ever sold to a maximum of 3 different suppliers (we give customers the choice of receiving either 2 or 3 quotes per sector). You'll only ever be competing again 2 other suppliers of your sector.

What happens when we win work from a lead?
First of all make sure you let us know so we can send our congratulations. And don't worry, we don't ask for any commission or further fee from you.

Do I have to commit to a period of time with MyWeddingSupermarket?
No, the great thing about MyWeddingSupermarket is that there is no commitment whatsoever. There are no subscription charges, no minimum term or minimum payment. You can leave us at any time.

What do you do to verify each lead is genuine?
We speak to each lead over the telephone before placing it online and ask them a few questions just to check they are genuine.

Where do the leads come from?
Our leads come from a number of sources - such as internet and print advertising. To protect our trade secrets we aren't willing to reveal all of these to you however you can be sure that they are genuine and well sourced.

Can I get a refund on poor quality leads?
We try our hardest to make sure that all of the leads we offer are of a high quality, however it is inevitable that certain leads may end up being poor and we ask that our suppliers understand this when using our service. We do our best to remove low quality leads during qualification so they are not placed online however this is not always possible. The cost of our leads is very low, just £2 per lead, and so we do not offer a refund on poor quality leads. If we did we would have to charge more for the better quality leads, or charge a commission if you won the work.

How much does it cost to open an account?
We don't charge suppliers any money to open an account, or any subscription fees. You don't even have to pay anything to look at leads - you only pay us if you want to contact the lead.

Are all the leads from the UK?
Yes all our leads are UK leads.

How do I make payment to purchase leads?
All our payments are handled by PayPal.

Are my credit card details secure?
Yes. Our payment provider is PayPal which is owned by eBay. PayPal is trusted by millions of people throughout the world to make and receive payments and it is the approved payment suppliers for all eBay transactions. PayPal use numerous methods to protect your data such as using a 128bit encryption key to process your transaction (mililtary grade) and a secure socket layer to receive your data.

Is there a phone number for your company?
To keep our costs down to a minimum and to continue to provide our customers with the value for money services they are used to such as only selling leads to 3 companies and offering discounts for bulk purchases of credits we do not employ staff to answer phone calls. You will however find that email queries are answered very promptly and always by the next working day. You can also request that one of our team contact you by telephone if you feel it is necessary and this will be done as soon as possible.
